These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jade Match ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, love compatibility readings, ideal partner readings, report pages, paid unlocks, email communications, and all related digital products and services (collectively, the "Service").

**By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Disclaimer.** If you do not agree to all of these documents, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides digital self-reflection and entertainment content inspired by traditional Chinese wisdom, zodiac symbolism, and Five Elements concepts. The Service is not a dating site, matchmaking service, therapy service, crisis service, financial advisory, legal service, medical service, or professional advisory service of any kind.

Reports generated by the Service do not guarantee romantic outcomes, compatibility, reconciliation, marriage, separation, attraction, communication success, or any specific action by another person. Any score, interpretation, archetype, or recommendation is symbolic and subjective, intended for entertainment and personal reflection only.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, relationships, communications, safety, and how you use or interpret any report. Do not rely on a reading as the sole basis for important relationship, health, safety, legal, financial, medical, or psychological decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Do not submit information about minors or use the Service on behalf of a minor.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide, including birth dates, optional birth times, gender selections, relationship context, questions, email addresses, and feedback. Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide, including personal information about another person without their consent.

Do not use the Service for emergencies, abuse intervention, self-harm situations, stalking, harassment, threats, coercion, or unsafe relationship situations. If you are in danger or need professional support, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services immediately.

You may access certain features of the Service without creating an account. When you generate a report, you receive a private link to access it. This link is the sole method of accessing your report.

Anyone with access to your private report link may be able to view your report. You are responsible for keeping your report link confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your sharing, forwarding, screenshots, device access, browser history, email compromise, or similar events outside our reasonable control.

5. Purchases and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Prices, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials on our servers.

Paid Reports are digital content. Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that your right to withdraw or cancel the purchase may be limited once access has been granted, subject to applicable law.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. AI and Automated Generation

The Service may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, templates, or a combination of these to generate reports. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, delayed, or unavailable. We do not warrant that any report is uniquely authored by a human or that AI output will meet your expectations.

The Service does not diagnose individuals, verify another person's feelings, determine whether someone loves you, predict future events with certainty, or decide whether you should stay in or leave a relationship, marry, reconcile, contact someone, or stop contacting someone.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its website design, code, text, graphics, logos, report templates, generated layouts, and overall product experience (collectively, "Jade Match Content"), is owned by or licensed to Jade Match. Jade Match Content excludes content you submit and third-party materials.

You may access and view your purchased report for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may save or share generated keepsake summaries for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display Jade Match Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Do not present a report as professional advice, factual proof about another person, or an official determination by Jade Match.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent report storage, error-free operation, or compatibility with all browsers and devices.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, price, report format, or integration at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your access to purchased Reports.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI generation, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and security. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or processing failures caused by these providers beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

**Disclaimer of Warranties.** To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all Reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, emotional outcome, relationship outcome, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

**Limitation of Liability.** To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jade Match and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, relational, reputational, financial, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report giving rise to the claim. If no amount was paid, our total liability will not exceed ten U.S. dollars (USD $10.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jade Match and its operators from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, submission of unlawful or unauthorized information, or decisions or actions you take based on a report.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
